Transcending the Minds Garden

A joining of liked minded women to tend to the gardens of our minds physically, mentally and emotionally through meditative design. We will be speaking through creative arts and crafts. Guests will get to design and decorate a styrofoam plant head to take home. We will be taking time to pause & connect with both ourselves and other women while letting our inner child have some free fun creating, designing, laughing just being present in the moment. Come join us in drawing, cutting, and gluing various words, pictures, & thoughts on your own styrofoam head.

An event exploring: A redefining & unlearning of what we’ve been told & molded to be as women.  Allowing ourselves to be free formed by our own hands.  Welcoming ALL women who carry many titles in our day to day lives come in and just be.  Welcoming all that we are and are not into a safe space to connect with all these pieces of us and give them love.
