Birthplace of the Social Status brand, the Charlotte location has laid the foundation for Social Status boutiques through operations of its predecessor in the retail market since 2005. Social Status - Charlotte was launched in the Plaza/Midwood area. The boutique was designed to put emphasis not only on apparel and footwear, but to bring lifestyle back into the boutique atmosphere. Tastemakers from around North Carolina and the Southeast region of the US shop this location for the latest in sneakers, street wear and fashion.

Social Status - Pittsburgh- Downtown (Cultural District)

Social Status – Downtown was launched in the Cultural District of Downtown Pittsburgh in April of 2011. This location was established as the first Social Status Boutique due the familiarity of the marketplace and the hometown ties to the curator . The concept of the boutique was inspired by minimalist European boutiques and embraces its cultural surroundings by celebrating local artists by displaying their artwork throughout the boutique and hosting monthly Artistic Integrity events.

With the resurgence of Pittsburgh's eastern corridor, Social Status - East Liberty was created in August of 2012. This space was created to help elevate and educate a stubborn Pittsburgh fashion scene. Social Status - East Liberty features separate boutique areas for its sneaker and apparel offerings. The space is equipped with eight iPads to help educate customers on everything from exclusive high end fabric to the latest brand offerings. The space features custom build, hand stained woodwork designed to maximize the overall boutique experience.

Social Status - Greensboro boasts a cutting-edge denim offering season after season. Greensboro, North Carolina is the home of Cone Mills, one of the world's most reputable and historic denim mills. Greensboro is also home to many major colleges and universities and celebrates one of the country’s biggest yearly celebrations "A & T Homecoming." Social Status - Greensboro allows us to be a part of America's denim heritage, while embracing trends through youth who help set, embrace and transform culture. The inspiration behind the design of the Greensboro boutique was the original street wear culture, mixed with custom cabinetry and lighting details that allow street wear, sneakers and fashion to mix seamlessly.

Social Status - Raleigh is located in the heart of the capital city of North Carolina. The design of the store boast angled hardwood ceiling and is located in City Market, a historically art saturated area of downtown Raleigh. City Market was chosen as the location because of the cobble stone streets and the art and music festivals that are frequently held in the area. Raleigh was a great location for the final Social Status location due to the emerging fashion, art and design scene. Raleigh is also rich with colleges and universities, with Duke, UNC, NC State, Central and Shaw all in close proximity of the Raleigh boutique.
